How to Request Account Deletion

Send an account deletion request from your registered email address to laravellighthouse@gmail.com with the details below:

• Full name
• Registered mobile number or email address
• School or institution name
• Your role, such as student, parent, teacher, staff, or admin
• Reason for deletion, if you want to provide one

What Happens Next

After receiving your request, we may verify your identity and confirm whether the account is managed directly by EduCore or by your school. Once verified, eligible account data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Data That May Be Deleted

Eligible data may include profile details, login account information, device identifiers, support messages, and personal app usage records associated with your account.

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained when required by your school, academic administration, attendance and fee records, audits, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security logs, or backup retention cycles. Where deletion is not possible, access may be restricted or data may be anonymized where appropriate.

School-Managed Accounts

If your account was created by your school, we may ask you to contact the school administrator because the institution controls many education records. EduCore will support the school in processing valid deletion or correction requests.
